Topic starter: How many hours, do you think?
Some think you should exercise about 4 days a week, and some think three to five days a week, with two hours a day. Going to the gym you will see people there for hours, anywhere between three and five hours, these people are over-exercising, you must let your muscles relax, and not strain them. There is also the theory of a total of three to five hours per week
Myself i tend to do 20 minutes a day, doing cardio for about 12 – 15 minutes and then weights, abs, or particular muscle, or stretches, I try to change muscles.
A study showed 30 minutes of exercise a day produced the same or even better results than 60 minutes a day.
